• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a full session fee.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
• Confidentiality: Sessions are confidential, with exceptions as required by law (such as imminent danger to self or others, abuse, or court order).

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Hummingbird Lion or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on The Hummingbird Lion website, even if The Hummingbird Lion or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
